Here at Schloss Lieser, you will experience exceptional hospitality and inspiring cuisine, in a breathtaking environment that invites you to relax and unwind. We would like to introduce you to our amazing chef: Phillip Schnabel. For Phillip, cooking is a dialogue of ideas, techniques, and cultures. Discover his creations and reserve a table in one of our restaurant today! In both restaurant Puricelli and Orangerie as well as on our Castle Terrace we invite you to create your own menu from a selection of the most delicious courses. Due to the current situation and the limited spaces available, we recommend that you reserve your table. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you soon.

ABOUT PURICELLI

Puricelli is a fine dining restaurant with a cosy and vibrant atmosphere in the heart of the castle. Named after the founders of the castle, this the heritage of the family we decided to honour.

Every dish is locally inspired and reflects the history of Schloss Lieser. Our wine menu offers excellent wines from the Moselle region, as well as from all over the world to pair with our innovative food creations. The castle bar captivates with its laid-back atmosphere, just lean back and enjoy one of our newly created or classic cocktails or join a social afternoon drink in the castle bar.

RESERVATIONS

The Puricelli restaurant is open (if the hotel is open) every evening from 18:00h till 21.30h. If you wish to book a table, we invite you to click on the button below in order to send us your request. If you would like to make a reservation on short notice, please feel free to call the hotel directly. We will be delighted to make a reservation for you.

Please note that our in-house guests will have priority on restaurant reservations, however we will do our very best to accommodate you the best way possible. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in our restaurants.

Sehr geehrte Gäste,

der Aufenthalt in unserem Haus ist seit dem 4. Dezember 2021 nur mit einem Imp- oder Genesenennachweis und zusätzlich negativem Testergebnis möglich. Der Test darf nicht älter als 24 Stunden sein und muss von einer zertifizierten Teststation ausgestellt sein. Bitte legen Sie bei Check In die entsprechenden Nachweise, sowie Ihren Personalausweis an der Rezeption vor. Von der Testpflicht befreit sind Geboosterte ab dem ersten Tag der Auffrischungsimpfung.

Dear guests,

since 4 December 2021, a stay in our house is only possible with a vaccination or convalescence certificate and an additional negative test result. The test must not be older than 24 hours and must be issued by a certified testing station. Please present the relevant proofs at the check-in desk, as well as your identity card. Boostered persons are exempt from the test obligation from the first day of the booster vaccination.
